We have the most experienced and cohesive team of highly qualified Pilates Instructors in Canberra.
We are now connecting with clients around the world via Zoom with online and interactive Pilates.
We are also now back in our studios
Pilates Can have built the largest timetable of Pilates Sessions available in Canberra.
We have over 100 Pilates sessions per week, from 7am through till 8pm on most days.
We are now growing this timetable a we connect with clients around the world via live streaming.

I do 1 Mat Class and 1 Studio Class a week - I recommend both. Group work is social and one-one is specific to my issues. Current online classes are working well - give it a try and stay on track.
The online classes allowed me to seek guidance on the types of exercises most useful to my particular needs. Because there are only two other people in my class, the instructor, Claire, is able to structure a program to meet each of our particular needs, and then to bring us all together for some generic exercises.
Very friendly and helpful staff from the administration to the teachers. During this time of social isolation, being able to still connect with our class via online is wonderful.
I'm pleased to say that with the patient help of Tara in setting up our Zoom account, we were delighted to be able to enjoy Susan's 12:30 online mat session today. It worked extremely well for us. Warmest thanks Pilates Can
I like the semi-private lessons as the groups are small, there is plenty of room in the studio and the program is structured to suit my personal needs. I am reassured that an instructor is always there to monitor what I do to ensure that I am doing things correctly and in a safe manner. The admin staff have also been helpful particularly during the transition to on-line sessions. My thanks to the Pilates Team for doing such a great job!
I have attended in person and online semi-privates and find the instructors amazing at how they can balance everyone's needs and be on top of individual programs and create an attuned and fun, socially interactive environment all at the same time. The depth of their knowledge is apparent and they are all caring individuals.
From the comfort of my home, I never felt alone during practice, despite the isolation. The instructors were incredibly attentive and professional with their guidance online, making it easy to maintain my strength and fitness, despite the current world circumstances. I had a great workout today with Emma using Zoom. It amazes me how creative she is and yet still staying within what my body can take. I was tired but energised and enthused to be back doing Pilates.
I took up PILATES for many reasons - flexibility, mobility, strength, balance, and general well-being as well as a way to assist with injury management. Training on-line with the team during COVID-19 is keeping me moving and motivated! They tailor my workout to the limited equipment I have at home.
During COVID19, it’s great to be able to stay connected on-line for my Pilate sessions - it allows me to keep in touch and hear how others are going as well as keeping me motivated. It’s great to keep up my PILATES routine while practicing social isolation. I also enjoy visiting their two PILATES studios and am looking forward to getting back there at some point.
