To avoid sciatica and all sorts of things that go on, we want to that do exercises that help us achieve optimal movement.
Claire demonstrates and verbally cues “we have one ball under the forefoot, one under the heel, and we alternate, and we walk on our balls. Put yourself near something to hold onto [ie. against the wall]”.
