Pilates Instructor
Earn $110K - $160K PA

You want to maximise your work satisfaction & income as a professional Pilates instructor in the clinical wellness sector of our Australian Pilates industry.  You can provide a minimum of a 3 hour shift initially with a view to expand your hours with us, if we are a good fit for you.    

You are qualified to instruct semi-private Pilates equipment sessions using all the fantastic large Pilates equipment.  You love providing excellent private and semi-private Pilates Equipment sessions to clients professionally, and seeing the clients experience life changing results. 

You are already very highly skilled or highly motivated to develop further.  You enjoy learning more for your professional development, which you recognise is a life-long journey.  You care about your clients and helping them address their injuries and conditions, so that they can move optimally and enjoy their lives to the max. 

Our professional Pilates instructor team & culture will encourage and optimise your professional career in Pilates.

If you do not have much experience, then you are very keen and able to learn.
If you do have lots of experience you are excited to share your knowledge.  

You would like to have the high income & work satisfaction benefits of being a legitimate Pilates contract instructor, within a successful established Pilates studio business like Pilates Can.

Or

You would like to initially start as a casual employee instructor before you decide if you can commit to the higher income opportunity of being a legitimate Pilates contract instructor.

You recognise that working professionally within another established, successful business minimises your risk.  

And you may, or may not, like to further minimise the business risk by taking the “easy start” option. This means that initially you would work with us as an employee instructor, to ensure that the contractor step is right for you, and that all we have said about the studio, systems and team is correct.
