Income – up to $100 per hour* + superannuation

Sure, you want to work in a professional Clinical environment and do wonderful things to help your clients change their lives by improving their mobility.

You also deserve a professional rate. We pay high professional base hourly rates to our instructors, in line with their qualifications and experienced. 

How can we do this? Our possible high hourly rate* mentioned above, includes productivity bonuses based on numbers of clients (max 4) in the instructors semi-private sessions. This rate is very achievable as most of our semi-private sessions are full, every week.  

Over the last 26 years, Pilates Can has earned the trust of a delighted & loyal clientele, who are happy to pay for quality results. So, you will have every opportunity to earn high hourly rates* and then have superannuation added as icing on your clinical Pilates career cake.        

THE ROLE

The Role

We are seeking a passionate and qualified clinical Pilates Instructor to join our growing team. In this role, you will deliver high-quality, clinical-based instruction across our Private and Semi-Private (small group equipment) sessions. You will tailor personal programs to meet individual goals, support injury rehabilitation, and empower clients to improve their mobility and overall wellbeing.

What we are looking for:

What we are looking for:

  • Clinical / Therapeautic Pilates Instructors with a Comprehensive Pilates equipment instruction qualification from either Polestar, BASI, or Pilates International.
  • Proficiency and experience with training clients across all small Pilates apparatus and all large studio equipment, specifically:
  • Reformer
  • Trapeze Table
  • Wunda Chair
  • Ladder Barrel / Spine Corrector
