We have over 15 Pilates Matwork classes per week, from beginners, progressing through to level 6, so that you will always be working at an appropriate level depending on your previous Pilates experience.
Progress from your beginners course to other levels including around 15 sessions from level 2/3, level 3/4 and level 5/6 Continuing Pilates Matwork in Canberra. Pilates Matwork – What is it?
Matwork focuses on core strength and mobility, providing an all body workout. Using their body weight, concentration and breathing techniques, participants hold and move through strength and flexibility positions.
