Having trouble checking your account online?
Take a look at our handy guide below to check or review your account!

To get to your online account, click on the icon with your initial in the top right corner.
Any family members with linked accounts will also appear on this screen.
Click Memberships and select ‘Add membership’.
From this screen, you can scroll through all our available options.
When selecting an option, you should select the date of the first session you would like to attend in the new membership as the ‘Membership start date’.
If you have any trouble with this, please get in contact and we would be happy to set up a new membership for you and send you an invoice or PAYG form.
Click Memberships and select the appropriate membership.
Here you will see 2 relevant sections:
- Classes remaining – This shows you how many sessions you have remaining to book in your current booking period.
- If you are a PAYG client: This booking period is Monday to Sunday, on a weekly basis. If you have not booked a catch-up session by Sunday of that week, the system will then auto-add a catch-up session to your account the next day (Monday). By default, you have 4 weeks to book each added catch-up.
- If you are a pre-paid client: Your booking period is, by default, 4 months after your first session in the pack. You will not need to wait until Monday following a cancellation to book a catch-up session.
- Make-Up Classes Available (PAYG clients only) – This will show how many unused catch-up sessions you currently have available to book.
Click Payments. Here you can see all your past payments.
Go to the ‘Payment methods’ tab.
To add new payment details, click ‘Add payment method’ and then enter the card or bank account details.
To update your payment details, click ‘Replace’ next to your old details and then enter the new information.
